Mi Home Store Terms

These special terms are applicable for any purchase of any Xiaomi products from any Xiaomi verified Mi Home store listed on Dunzo (“Mi Home Store”). Please read the terms before purchasing the products.

  • 1. You acknowledge and agree that the listing and description of the Xiaomi products on Our App, has been provided by Xiaomi.
  • 2. You may order upto 1 item per SKU in 1 transaction.
  • 3. You hereby provide Your consent for the Dunzo Partner to share Your personal details, such as Your name and Your phone number with the Mi Home Store, to enable the generation of invoice and warranty in Your name and complete purchase of the Xiaomi product(s) on Your behalf.
  • 4. You agree and acknowledge that the contract of sale of Xiaomi products shall strictly be a bipartite contract between You and Xiaomi.
  • 5. You are required to check and verify the Xiaomi product at the time of delivery. If the Xiaomi product is damaged or has not been delivered, please contact Dunzo support.
  • 6. You agree that all Xiaomi product warranties shall only be provided by Xiaomi. For any product related issues, You are required to follow the steps set forth below –
    • (a) Dead on Arrival – You shall independently contact any Mi Home Store with Your invoice within 7 (Seven) days from the date of the invoice of the said Xiaomi product.
    • (b) Warranty Issues – For any other warranty related issues, please directly reach out to the nearest Mi Home Store with Your invoice within the warranty period to rectify any such issues.

These terms shall be in addition to the User Terms and Privacy Policy. Undefined terms not defined herein shall have the meanings set forth in the User Terms.
